If you have purchased a low-quality candle in the FLAMEBOYANT e-shop, you can choose to:
Replace the low-quality candle with a high-quality one
Return the low-quality candle and get your money back.
The candle or its components cannot be used.
The candle cannot be started to burn.
The exchange and return of the product is at the seller’s expense.
The inadequate quality of the returned candle must be determined by the manufacturer and not related to the recipient’s actions (for example, unintentional damage to the candle).
Return of a high-quality candle.
According to the currently valid legal acts (the Civil Code of the Republic of Latvia and the Retail Trade Rules), if you have purchased goods in the flameboyant.store e-shop, when you did not have the opportunity to personally inspect the candles purchased from us and assess their suitability, you have the right to return a high-quality candle within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you want to return a quality candle, you must notify laura@flameboyant.store within 14 days of the date of delivery of the candle to be returned, indicating your order number. We will send you an email with the address to which we will ask you to send the candles to be returned. When returning a quality candle, you are responsible for all transportation costs associated with its return.
The returned item must be in good condition, in its original packaging. The item must not have lost its commercial appearance and be complete.
If we have sent you the wrong candle that you ordered by mistake, FLAMEBOYANT will pay for the return of such item.
